Now in our 13th year, we have evolved from a successful single school into a thriving community of nine schools - and growing - educating children and young people from nursery through to sixth form.
Our new mission, ‘to transform lives through the power of learning,’ is supported by a revised set of values and a commitment to nurturing the unique identity and autonomy of each school in their respective communities, whilst aligning around shared goals and opportunities.
A New Chapter Under New Leadership
The rebrand has been led by Lee Barber, CEO, in his first year with the Trust. Lee brings extensive leadership experience from executive roles across both medium and large multi-academy trusts. His expertise in curriculum alignment and large-scale school improvement has helped shape a strategic direction that honours our history while embracing the future.
Speaking on the rebrand, Lee said:
“This rebrand is about much more than a name or logo. It’s about capturing how far our schools and trust have come, who we are today and setting a clear vision for where we’re heading. INOVA Multi-Academy Trust represents innovation, collaboration and excellence. It reflects our belief in the power of education to transform lives and in the strength of schools working together while remaining rooted in their individual communities.
“I’m extremely excited to be leading the Trust at such a significant moment in its history. This new chapter builds on everything that has been achieved so far and sets the stage for even greater impact for our children and young people, colleagues and our communities, in the years to come.”
What's Changing - And What's Staying The Same
While visual updates such as our new Trust website, refreshed trust logo and updated brand guidelines are being rolled-out gradually, each school will continue to retain its own unique identity. The distinct ethos, culture and leadership of each school will remain intact - supported by a dynamic and growing central team focused on enabling success across the Trust.
