We are proud to announce that Martin Finch, Chief Quality Assurance Officer at INOVA Multi-Academy Trust, has been appointed as a RISE Advisor for the Department for Education. 

As featured in Schools Week, Martin has been recognised as one of the 'best of the best' school leaders, joining the governments Regional Improvements in Standards and Excellence (RISE) team - an initiative aimed at raising educational standards across the country through expert support and guidance. 

This prestigious appointment highlights Martin's exceptional leadership, deep expertise in school improvement, and his commitment to educational excellence.

Martin commented: "I am delighted to become a RISE adviser. I am looking forward to working alongside schools to build on their strengths and support improvement in a positive and collaborative environment."
